Farewell and Welcome-2022 (13th November 2022)

Sri Lanka Students’ Association in Japan (SLSAJ) organized the Farewell of recently graduated members and welcome of newly admitted students for Japanese universities virtually on 13th November 2022. The event was started with the blessings of Ven. Yalagamuwe Dhammissara Thero from Hachioji temple, Japan. The Chief guest of the event was Mr. E. Rodney M. Perera ,His Excellency the Ambassador Embassy of Sri Lanka in Tokyo. He expressed his warm wishes to graduated members in 2022 and newly admitted members. Ms. Sesath Thambugala, the Deputy Chief of Mission, Ms. Achini Perera, Minister-Counselor, Mr. Kapila Kumara ,First Secretary – Commercial, Embassy of Sri Lanka in Tokyo, Japan also attended the event. Prof. Senevirathna Cooray delivered a speech on behalf of SLAcJ to express their wishes to past and new members. Wellwishers and past SLSAJ members also express their ideas by emphasizing the importance of the SLSAJ for the students in Japan.
