SLSAJ Coordination in the Sri Lankan New Year Festival (April 2023)

After a long hiatus of 4 years, the Sinhala and Tamil New Year Festival in Japan 2023 was successfully held in Saitama on the 16th of April, with active participation from the large Sri Lankan community residing in Japan. All the events organized during the festival witnessed enthusiastic participation, and awards were presented to the winners. The day concluded with a musical show. Sri Lanka Students’ Association in Japan would like to express our special thanks to the Sri Lankan Embassy in Japan, sponsors, all the Sri Lankan voluntary associations in Japan, and the Sri Lankan community who contributed to the success of this New Year Festival.
